i am excited my room had wonderful space. the mall access proved very convenient for shopping trips. i found the breakfast buffet quite delicious with many options available.
the rooftop pool gets windy at times.

The staff seemed mostly adequate, not overly solicitous or annoying.
Two out of four were out of service. Breakfast was a rude awakening as it started way too early and ended even earlier. I barely had time to consider a second cup of coffee.

The room was neat and clean. the hotel is connected to a mall, it was convenient. the staff were friendly and helpful. I found this useful.
The pillows were soft. They were uncomfortable. the gym has some treadmills requiring maintenance. i found the reception experience not so great.

i found the staff very friendly . shubam always ensured our room was super clean every day. jaria was lovely when i arrived and went out of her way to ensure i had a comfortable stay. the room was large with all expected amenities.
the signage for the parking area wasn't very clear, and i circled around for a while before locating the entrance! though the pool was very nice.

the breakfast buffet offered various options. room service was rapid and efficient. i also enjoyed the bars, they were amazing. the food at the club room was great, including the buffet breakfast.

the hotel is next to a commercial center. the hotel is conveniently connected to the emirates mall and a metro station. taxis are always available to pick up guests from the mall. the access to the mal is very practical.
